Body Temple Dance is a somatic and spiritual movement language that has emerged from many years of research in energy healing, yoga and dance.
 
It is a practice of prayer in movement with what is and learning how to be with discomfort without shutting down, running away, or attacking.
 
It is for those who wish to go deeper into the world of somatics, learn the language and deep wisdom our body (subconscious) holds, and witness all emotion with deep compassion for oneself.
 
In this 1-hour class, we will ground with intention, explore the 3-phase movement of Body Temple Dance, and end with guided journaling and group share.
 
This practice is not reserved or created for any one group of people (size, shape, sexuality, experience level, etc) but rather an invitation for ALL body owners to feel freedom, perhaps for the first time, in the enoughness of where they are right now. You will be seen, held, supported, and celebrated every step of the way.
