The Roll Model® Therapy Balls provide targeted self-massage trigger point therapy by using specially designed high grip rubber massage balls and focused movement routines to help penetrate through layers of skin and muscle to massage deeply into your high tension areas. The balls stimulate the nerves that provide positional feedback to your brain; consequently, you can sense whether you are in or out of alignment. You are able to make better choices about your position in space, as it relates to your activities.

Through guided inquiries we will explore movements and location of the breath in great detail, and begin to identify the characteristics of free breathing.
This workshop is the second in a series dedicated to freeing
yourself of conditioned breathing patterns to regain full function
of the lungs, greater benefit from exercises, and greater coherency
throughout. All are welcome.

Christine Altman returns to show us how to decrease or eliminate chronic neck pain and stiffness. This work is done in three parts. First, learn how your feet and lower legs affect the mechanics of the neck. Second, explore biomechanics and movements of the deep core and shoulder girdle that link to neck discomfort. Finally, explore exercises to stretch and strengthen the neck and myofascial work to hydrate tissue and relieve sticky spots.
