

Sound bathing is the practice of mindfully listening to different sounds that help relax the body and mind. Sound baths provide an immersive, full-body listening experience that can bring balance, relaxation, and a sense of calm to your whole being.

Are you on the go all the time? Balance your body and your energy with restorative yoga. This four week restorative class series is an opportunity to relax and release from the busy-ness of your life. Rest in fully supported poses to gently open the body and soothe the emotions.

The Roll Model® Therapy Balls provide targeted self-massage trigger point therapy by using specially designed high grip rubber massage balls and focused movement routines to help penetrate through layers of skin and muscle to massage deeply into your high tension areas. The balls stimulate the nerves that provide positional feedback to your brain; consequently, you can sense whether you are in or out of alignment. You are able to make better choices about your position in space, as it relates to your activities.

Through guided inquiries we will explore movements and location of the breath in great detail, and begin to identify the characteristics of free breathing.
This workshop is the second in a series dedicated to freeing
yourself of conditioned breathing patterns to regain full function
of the lungs, greater benefit from exercises, and greater coherency
throughout. All are welcome.
