through prenatal yoga.
Our 6 week course offers a soothing yoga practice that incorporates low impact asanas, relaxation, meditation and pranayama.

You will be guided safely by our experienced pre and post natal trained yoga teacher and Mum of two, Brodie Walker, in a safe, nurturing and calm space.
Prenatal yoga can support you and your baby during pregnancy.
