
Our 6 week course offers a soothing yoga practice that incorporates low impact asanas, relaxation, meditation and pranayama.
You will be guided safely by our experienced pre and post natal trained yoga teacher and Mum of two, Brodie Walker, in a safe, nurturing and calm space.
Prenatal yoga can support you and your baby during pregnancy.

- Self massage workshop, nourishing, warming and nurturing the body. Learn about specific pressure and release points and practice the art of self-love.
- Yin Yoga for Autumn with Carla, hands on assists.
- Aromatherapy head and shoulder massages.
- Finish with a blissful and deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing Session
