Join the joy of gliding along the reformer! Digging into the
foundations of this popular piece of Pilates equipment, learn why
it's great training for folks of all fitness levels. Ideal for new
reformer-users, we will explore terminology, machine settings,
exercise purpose, and how to adjust/modify/vary as you need. If you
are familiar with the reformer but it's been a while, this is a
great way to get back to basics before taking a general group
class. Level 1

Would you like to workout but don't feel ready to join a
regular class or gym experience? This 4-week Small Group program is
designed for those who haven't worked out in a while and need a
safe and progressive return to fitness.
We will begin with a basic Fitness Assessment to see where
you're at and get you started. From there, we will focus on
strength training to awaken your muscles, joints, body! Working
through all primary movement patterns, we will look at form,
alignment, cover all major strength training exercises, and answer
any exercise questions you have. You also get a Group Class
included, so that from here you could jump into our regular
program or you could repeat this session again.
Max 6 participants, so lots of 1:1 attention and truly small
group. Absolutely no previous experience necessary. Also ideal if
you are post injury, post natal, post illness recovery.
Level 1-2.

Looking to bump up your strength training with an expert coach? If so, then welcome to our more advanced weight training program, reserved for only 6 participants. Focusing on the BIG weight lifting exercises (Squats, Deadlifts, Bench press, Barbell Row, Overhead Press), we will work with Olympic barbells/plates, weight bench, and heavier dumbbells. We also have chin up bars, heavier kettle bells & TRX to add some strength sizzle! Designed for the participant with a training base who is looking for more 1:1 attention, STRONG will motivate you to lift heavier, push past current plateaus and even surprise yourself... Level 3-4.
