Learn Aerial Chain Techniques: Understand the basics of working with the enchanting apparatus of aerial chains

Creative Expression: Explore your creativity as you learn to move with the chains and display stunning poses and sequences.

Guidance from a Professional: Pretty Metal Chains is known for their passion and expertise in aerial chains. Lily and Anna will lead the workshop and secure a safe and welcoming learning environment.

 

Inclusive for All Levels: While some aerial experience is encouraged, it is not required. All skill levels are welcome to the workshop as Pretty Metal Chains offers an encouraging space to begin, progress, and explore aerial chains.

 

Please bring: Foot Protection — dance heels, closed toe boots/shoes, or long socks advised but not required.
Attire — Wear comfortable and fitting workout clothes that allow ease of movement.
