This pole based workshop includes a 30 minute full body warm up with some conditioning exercises. In this workshop students will learn two static combos, focusing on creating fluidity in motion by exploring upright rotations, maximizing spin on static by learning fun and interesting transitions to level up your static pole repertoire.

This pole tricks based workshop includes a 30 minute full body warm up with upper body strengthening drills. This workshop is all about fun and dynamic combinations of static elements as power spins, chopper inverts and handstands. All in a safe and progressive environment.
For Intermediate/Advanced Pole Dancers

This workshop includes a 20 minute full body warm up: with upper body mobility exercises. Students will learn the technique of the iconic old school movements as walks, orbits, turns, and switches, and how to make it look smooth, controlled and sensuous; just like a cat moving around. Perfect for all level pole dancers who wants to improve and level up the foundations and stability.
