Full Moon Nidra

On the full moon in October, we will offer a full moon yoga Nidra session. The full moon is a time of culmination and fruition, a monthly gift from the universe. We use this time to reflect on past intentions and set new ones, release things that no longer serve us and to manifest our desires. This 90-minute session will embody the bright and exceptional energy of the full moon. Students can expect to arrive with time to grab a cup of herbal tea, and then settle into their mat with blankets and bolsters to support releasing and calling forth new energy through guided journaling, a sound bath meditation, followed by a restorative yoga Nidra full moon meditation. Clearing aromas such as palo santo, sage, and frankincense will fill the room as you dive deeper into your divine true nature as spirit. Space is limited. Investment: $45
