Somatic Breathwork is a transformative practice that holds the key to unlocking tension, stress, and emotions that might be stuck in the physical body. A Somatic Breathwork session begins with simple grounding, followed by relaxation of the body in a nourishing and supported lying down position; then we invite conscious active breathing for an extended period of time (20-30 minutes), ending with relaxation, integration and reflection.
