The 3 R's of Yoga Nidra are much more fun than the traditional 3 R's. Together we will explore the 3 R's of Reacting, Responding and Resourcing through the practice of Yoga Nidra. What is Yoga Nidra? It is a guided meditative practice where we experience the peaceful & restorative state between wakefulness and sleep.

The collar bones are only one element of the complex structure we refer to as the shoulder girdle, which also comprises the shoulder blades, five joints, five muscles, and the sternal notch. However, when we affect one aspect of this complex structure, we affect all aspects. By isolating and focusing on the collar bones, we still involve the entire shoulder girdle and expose where our instability and/or rigidity exists.
In this workshop, you will initially practice muscular-skeletal collarbone actions to explore your capacity — strength and openness. Then, you will deepen your experience and capacity with subtle body actions. These more subtle yoga actions activate the necessary movement and space within the shoulder girdle generally and the collar bones specifically to balance sthira (stability, effort) and sukha (flexibility, ease).
