Our barre classes offer a low-impact, high energy total body workout. Sculpt long, lean muscles by isolating different muscle groups in unique combinations set to upbeat and fun music. Using a variety of props (weights, resistance bands, pilates tools, etc.) our teachers will instruct on maintaining proper form to target smaller muscles, improve posture, build strength and more. Modifications are offered to make barre classes available for to all students.
