Planing to hit the slopes this winter? This 4-week ski conditioning series builds core stability, enhances flexibility, and improves balance, crucial for a day on the slopes and injury prevention. Focused exercises build endurance and target key muscle groups, preparing skiers for dynamic movements and resilience on the slopes.
Non-members: $165 for all 4 sessions or $45/session

Couch to 5K Run Program

Couch to 5K Run Program
- Weekly running program: three separate workouts each week for ten weeks. Each week will increase in intensity with varying amounts of brisk walking and jogging. Intent is to support the runner to complete a 5K primarily jogging.
- Two in-person meet-ups per week encouraged. Group will meet Sunday's 4pm and a mid weekday morning, tbd; final weekday/time to be determined based upon availability.
- Comprehensive private Facebook group intended to educate, inspire and create a community of new runners to hold each other accountable
- UESCA trained coach
- 5K registration fee separate from program fee
