Join us for a nourishing evening on the water as the day comes to a close. We’ll gather at a private residence at Blue Lake to move, breathe, and connect in the beauty of nature. The evening begins with 60 minutes of yoga guided by Shaunna, designed to gently open the body, release tension, and invite ease as the sun begins to set. Surrounded by fresh air and the calming sounds of the lake, this practice will help you ground into the present moment and reconnect with yourself.
Following yoga, Katrina will guide a 30-minute sound bath to deepen your relaxation. Let the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other soothing instruments wash over you as the sky shifts into twilight. Together, the movement and sound create a restorative, heart-opening experience — a perfect way to transition from day into evening, held by community and nature.

Sink into serenity with Still Waters, a deeply nourishing 2-hour workshop guided by Tracey Coleman and Katrina Cantu. This sacred space blends the stillness of Yin Yoga, the gentle power of Reiki, the grounding of breathwork, and the vibrational magic of a closing sound bath.
You’ll be guided through a meditative Yin sequence by Tracey, supported by intuitive hands-on and distance Reiki from both Tracey and Katrina. As your body melts into stillness, Katrina will lead you through conscious breathwork practices to deepen your connection to the present moment, and close the experience with a deeply restorative sound bath to soothe your nervous system and seal in the healing.

This 3 hour retreat is designed for you to close the year with intention. We will be coming together as a community to raise ourselves up to our highest potential. A circle will be formed where we can share about our year, struggles, successes, and desires for the year to come. A ritual of writing down what we are transitioning out of and what we are calling in will be practiced to get clear on what we are manifesting in our lives for the future. A physical practice of movement will align our bodies with our highest good. A vibrational sound healing will integrate all our intentions into each cell of our body, making this retreat something your body will remember. Shifting from the hormones of stress to the hormones of bliss. Winter solstice has historically been a practice of bringing in the light. On the darkest day of the year, we rejoice the light that arrives during this time of the year. This retreat will be about honoring the darkness that we have experienced and welcoming the coming of lightness!
