Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra or “yogic sleep” is a form of deep transformational meditation. All that is required of you is to lie down, get comfortable, and listen. The Yoga Nidra practice, along with a gentle Yin Yoga practice, will bring relaxation and peace to each and every part of you.
***This practice will be done in a comfortable room temperature environment. Wear your comfy clothes (pajamas welcome!) and bring any props you would like such as a bolster, blocks, blanket and/or a pillow. ***
Explore the inner landscapes of body and mind by combining yin yoga and self inquiry. This extended class begins with meditation and pranayama (breathwork). From there, yin yoga postures are used to target the deeper tissues of the body. Throughout class, students will come to their appropriate edge, be still and soft in the muscles, and hold shapes for a longer period of time - sometimes up to 10 minutes! Deep Yin ends with a luxurious savasana, leaving students feeling restored and rejuvenated.
The Deep Yin practice increases circulation and improves flexibility, leaving students feeling more comfortable in the tissues of their body and with a quieter mind.
Come and rock out with your fellow yogis! For one night only, we'll be transforming our Bristol yoga studio into a Karaoke lounge. We will have light refreshments and mocktails available, and feel free to BYOB. Please think about what you'd like to sing and submit your song requests in advance so that DJ Jess has time to collect the music ahead of time. (A link will be emailed to you.) Everyone is welcome - the more the merrier!

We will be transforming our 1st floor space into a live music venue for one night only! Light snacks and mocktails will be provided and feel free to BYOB. Shake off the January blues with a trip to Jamaica and start your year on the right foot! The beginning of the year gives us a perfect opportunity to step back from our busy lives and set an intention for the months to come. The tropical island setting will bring some welcome sunshine into your life and leave you feeling refreshed and reenergized as we head into Spring.
During our retreat, we will be staying on a 2000-acre historic property in the beautiful Jamaican countryside. This retreat venue also includes a private section of the beach with a beach house that is 25 minutes from our accommodation (with transportation included.)

Our team will offer classes 2x daily in all our favorite styles, including our classic 90 minute Original Hot Yoga (26×2,) our calming Yin Yoga classes, our energizing Core Fire Conditioning (HIIT styles) classes, and maybe even a couple of Intermediate or Advanced level classes for our seasoned yogis. Classes are open to all fitness levels, from beginners to enthusiasts. Whether you’ve practiced for decades or you’re stepping on a yoga mat for the very first time, we’ll make sure that your needs are met.
