You'll learn practical strategies to relieve discomfort, understanding that addressing more than just the back is key to effective pain management. The class will also cover simple adjustments to form, and ways to prop that can help prevent flares and injuries, promoting long-term well-being.

Facilitator Bio: As a yoga teacher, Meaghan Szilagyi brings a relaxed, educational, and therapeutic approach to her classes, whether guiding all-levels yoga or invigorating power sessions. With trauma-informed training, a background as a licensed massage therapist, and personal experiences with hypermobility and mental health, she offers a unique perspective that resonates deeply with those seeking to improve their quality of life.
