Ages 2-4 and with a parent
Guided by a coach, Parents will work alongside their child(ren) to
help the development and expression of primal movement patterns
using obstacles.
This course is designed to show parents:
1.) How to facilitate play-based movement literacy in the following
primal movement patterns: Hanging, Swinging, Climbing, Jumping,
Falling, Squatting, Lunging, Pushing, Pulling, Carrying, Running,
and Rolling.
2.) How to utilize household and outdoor equipment to create an
ongoing play-based training plan.
