Learn to Box! Have you ever wanted to learn the basics of boxing in a fun and welcoming environment? This four-weeks course will teach you all the basics of boxing from your stance and movement to basic punches and defense.
Join Coach Sarah every Monday and Wednesday for beginner friendly boxing classes. All are welcome! Participants must be at least 16 years old.
You can expect bootcamp style classes with skipping, shadowboxing, technical boxing rounds on hand pads and the heavy bag. Learn a new skill and get a great workout at the same time!
