What to Expect:
Arrival & Herbal Tea – Step into a calming space with soft music and a warm cup of soothing herbal tea to ease into relaxation. We’ll introduce the flow of the session and the benefits of sound meditation, gentle movement, and breath awareness.
Somatic Movement, Tapping & Breathwork – Begin with slow, intentional movement, incorporating somatic exercises, light tapping, and deep breathing to awaken your body’s natural flow and release built-up tension. These mindful techniques will prepare your body and mind for deep relaxation.
Gentle Stretching & Hammock Preparation – Loosen tension with slow yoga-inspired movement before settling into our aerial hammocks. Our experienced instructors will guide you into a comfortable, supported position, helping you feel safe and fully relaxed.
Guided Sound Meditation in Hammocks – Experience 30 minutes of suspended serenity as the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, rainstick, gongs, and chimes wash over you. With your body gently cradled in the hammock, let go of stress as breath awareness and a calming body scan bring you into a peaceful, meditative state.
Awakening & Gentle Flow – As soft light fills the room, transition back with slow yoga movement to integrate your experience. Whether you remain cocooned in your hammock or move to the mat, this sequence will restore energy, enhance circulation, and leave you feeling centered and refreshed.
