Join us at Purusa Yoga for an evening of suspended serenity,
designed to melt away tension and prepare you for a peaceful
night's sleep.
Here's what awaits you:
* Warm Welcome & Herbal Tea: Arrive to a calming atmosphere with soft music and a cup of soothing herbal tea (chamomile, lavender). We'll briefly introduce the evening's flow and the benefits of sound meditation and gentle stretching.

* Warm Welcome & Herbal Tea: Arrive to a calming atmosphere with soft music and a cup of soothing herbal tea (chamomile, lavender). We'll briefly introduce the evening's flow and the benefits of sound meditation and gentle stretching.
* Preparing for Suspension: We'll guide you through gentle stretches to loosen your body and demonstrate how to comfortably settle into our aerial hammocks. Our experienced instructors will ensure you feel safe and supported as we dim the lights.
* Guided Sound Meditation in Hammocks: Drift into a state of deep relaxation during a 30-minute guided sound meditation. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments as our instructor gently guides you through breath awareness and a calming body scan. The darkened room enhances this immersive sensory experience.
* Gentle Awakening: As the lights slowly rise to a warm glow, we'll guide you through a gentle stretching sequence. Whether you're an experienced aerial yogi who prefers to stay cocooned in the silk, or you'd like to move to the floor for the awakening sequence, the choice is yours. We'll focus on releasing any remaining tension in your neck, shoulders, back, and hips with slow, mindful movements suitable for all levels.
* Grounding & Affirmation: We'll conclude with a short grounding exercise and a positive affirmation for peace, gratitude, or restful sleep. Take this sense of calm and relaxation with you as you prepare for a peaceful night.
* Journaling Prompt & Closing: We'll offer a reflective journaling prompt to encourage gratitude and intention setting for the week ahead. We'll thank you for joining us and encourage you to carry the tranquility home.
