Receive Floating Hammock Massage during a sound bath and go where no human has gone before! This workshop will begin with gentle stretching and breathwork followed by a sound bath which will include 10-15 minutes of bodywork per person. A guided yoga nidra will conclude this special experience. Join us, let go of stress and be transported to a space of tranquility!

 

Our Floating Hammock Massage + Soundbath will offer the opportunity for complete body and mind relaxation while allowing you to experience the musical vibrations from every angle.

Participants will be guided through gentle movements and breathwork before entering into full relaxation mode. A soundbath of crystal singing bowls will be offered while you receive our new signature Floating Hammock Massage. The experience will ended with a guided yoga nidra.

Silence will be held during the majority of class aside from the sweet healing vibrations of the crystal bowls.

This is NOT an aerial movement based class. Stillness will be honored.
