- What if there were simple, gentle and loving movements that you could add to your daily routine. Would you do it?

During this class, Chun will help you fall in love with your back by sharing some fundamentals about the structure and function of this vital part of our body. (It's difficult to love something that we don't clearly understand.)

Woven into this class are: The basics of the fascia, the lymphatic system, and Energy Medicine practices which aim to balance our body's energy systems.

* The fascia is connective tissue that provides support and structure to the body.

*The lymphatic system is a part of the immune system, and drains lymph.

This class will help broaden your understanding about how to keep your back healthy, and will assist you towards greater self-care.
