Join Maria Mehta and Sorelle Sound Healing for Soulful Sunday an evening of movement, meditation, healing and sound!

Let us guide you into releasing the stillness and sacred darkness of winter to prepare you for the expansion and growth of spring!

Our evening will begin with gentle movements to release stagnant energy from the body and will be followed by a calming guided meditation to setlle physical sensations and bring ease to the mind.

You will then be Immersed into a symphony of soothing sounds, including crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and more, crafted to calm the mind and heal the body. Let go of stress and tension as the vibrations wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and inner harmony. You can expect a serene atmosphere, where you'll be guided by sounds that will leave you feeling refreshed, balanced, and renewed.

Shamanic Reiki will be woven into our evening, using the elements of earth, air, fire and water to cleanse and renew our energy bodies.
