On May 1, 2026, the Full Flower Moon rises in the spring sky, illuminating a season of blossoming, renewal, and soft awakening. Named for the abundance of flowers blooming across the Northern Hemisphere, this moon invites us to soften, open, release, and return to ourselves.
Under the glow of the Full Flower Moon, we invite you to float, surrender, and be gently held.
This restorative aerial experience uses silk hammocks set low to the ground instead of traditional bolsters and blocks, supporting the body through slow, gentle postures designed to bring the mind, body, and nervous system into deep relaxation.
Pei will guide you through a soothing journey of low-flying aerial yoga, guided meditation, breathwork, and sound bowl healing, helping you release what no longer serves and reconnect to calm, clarity, and inner balance.
Suspended just above the earth, you’ll feel safely held — cocooned in silk, sound, and lunar energy — as the vibrations of crystal bowls wash over you, inviting profound rest, awareness, and renewal.

Celebrate connection, laughter, and trust this Valentine’s Day with Acro Yoga for our Bloom and Balance Spring Acro Yoga, a playful and heart-opening workshop led by Laura Baron at our Edgewater studio. This experience is designed especially for beginners, so no prior acro or yoga experience is needed — just a willingness to try something new together.
You’ll be gently guided through the fundamentals of acro yoga, learning how to communicate clearly, support one another, and move as a team. Expect grounding warm-ups, partner-based poses, accessible acro flows, and plenty of shared smiles along the way. Whether you come with a romantic partner, a best friend, or a trusted human, this workshop offers a fun, safe, and supportive way to deepen your connection.
