Join Jules as she leads you through an intention setting ceremony and 108 sun salutations to welcome Fall. Practicing 108 sun salutations is a meditative practice that connects the body, the mind, and the universe specifically when a change is near. Start the new season off fresh, renewed and inspired. In this Yoga Mala, you will be led through 12 rounds of sun salutations (each consisting of 7 sun As and 2 sun Bs) with rest in child's pose between each set.
What is a Yoga Mala and what if I can't complete it?
A yoga mala is like a mini yoga marathon that puts your physical and mental endurance to the test. Your mind may come up with a lot of reasons you can’t do it, but can you put those thought fluctuations to the side? Can you instead focus on here and now, being present, and adapting as needed? It is a cleansing and purifying process of body, mind, and spirit. There’s a tremendous power in the process, even if you do not fully complete it.
Why 108?
The number 108 is sacred and significant in many ways, appearing in a range and variety of disciplines from astronomy to mathematics, to yoga.

From 10am to 11am, find your inner balance and strength in our outdoor yoga class, tailored to embrace the energy of the vineyard. Immerse yourself in the serenity of nature as we indulge in an invigorating yoga session amidst the vineyard's lush surroundings, guided by talented PRANA YOGA instructor, Julianna Conlon. Following the yoga class, from 11am to 1pm, we'll transition to the charming patio to savor delectable charcuterie offerings paired perfectly with locally crafted wines, creating a sensory experience that will nourish both body and soul.

An intro to basic aerial yoga inversions & a variety of standing stretches utilizing the hammock. We’ll cover modifications & tips to combat any dizziness that may occur. The workshop will conclude w/ savasana in the hammock.
Although inversion exercises are beneficial for perfectly
healthy people, they are not recommended for people with any of the
following conditions or ailments:
• High blood pressure/ Low Blood Pressure
• Serious spinal or neck injuries
• Glaucoma
• Pregnancy
• Heart conditions of any kind
• Epilepsy
