advanced Movement Theory & Critical Thinking skills to

Part 1- Teaches
1.0 LIQUID MOTION floor work moves & techniques.
Part 2- Teaches
Advanced 2.0 LIQUID MOTION movement theory, and then applies it to
the just learned 1.0 content. The goal is to teach you Critical
thinking skills to turn your Beginner floor work into
complex floor work sequences.
