This 90-Minute educational Workshop is led by Kristen Bos, PT, DPT. She is a pelvic floor physical therapist and owner of Body Empowered Health and Wellness. Her goal is to empower people with knowledge they can trust, and create a space in the medical system where people feel unrushed, and can have questions answered to feel confident advocating for their bodies and their pelvic health. Kristen is passionate about treating each person as an individual and taking a whole-body approach to uncover the root cause of pain, helping patients achieve meaningful, lasting relief.
Pelvic floor and bladder symptoms are common—but they are not something you simply have to accept.
This workshop is designed to give you real answers and a deeper understanding of how bladder health actually works.
This seminar will cover the foundational pillars of bladder health, including:
Pelvic floor and core function
Breathing mechanics and pressure management
Neurological influences on bladder control
Nutrition and hydration considerations
Habit training and daily behaviors that impact symptoms
No experience required - Open to everyone
