Each athlete will receive pre and post testing, video biomechanic analysis, Optimize Elite workout and injury prevention packet. Rookie classes are geared towards athletes that have very little pitching background and are looking to improve their throwing/pitching mechanics.

Package includes:
-2 days a week softball-specific training (Monday & Wednesday)
-2 days of Strength & Conditioning
-Open Gym available Friday evenings
This program will focus on hitting mechanics, throwing mechanics, infield/outfield fundamentals, baserunning, and softball IQ. Each participant is purchasing every training session whether they attend or not.
