This is a 2 hour workshop covering the natural
evolution of a yoga practice, how to navigate aging and physical
changes, how to adapt to this process and what styles of yoga best
suit us in each stage. We will cover the anatomy of aging and how
to adapt our practice as the body moves forward in time. You will
leave with a list of tools to keep in our yogi toolkit to help us
stay healthy while still practicing yoga into our
80’s.
