Are you curious about the benefits of yoga, but don’t know where to BEGIN? This class is for you. Through a series of basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, and movement sequences, you will quickly discover how yoga increases flexibility and strength and fosters a sense of peace and wellness. Absolutely no experience is necessary. All levels are welcome, from first timers to anyone wanting to get back to the basics.

Start the New Year
out right with a special holiday class New Year’s Day. We will
start by setting intentions and then flowing into a gentle vinyasa
practice, ending with (well deserved) time to restore, complete
with a nourishing Yoga Nidra. PJ's encouraged! This special event
will be led by Mindy Cassidy and Kristin Ritter.

Consider this module Yoga Sutras 101
as we will take a look at the who, what, where, when and why of The
Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. We will explore the myth around the
author Patanjali as well as the historical context and culture of
spiritual practices in India around the time this seminal text was
written. We will additionally dive into the definition of yoga
according to the sutras, a brief overview of Sankyha philosophy how
to understand the structure and organization of the padas or
chapters.
Note: If a student has a copy of the Yoga Sutras, they are
encouraged to bring them.
Our Continuing Education Immersions are open to certified yoga teachers (from our school or any other) looking to gather more knowledge and CEU's, wellness practitioner that want to add in yoga practices to what they already offer and/or students looking to deepen their own practice.

The Nourishing Storm Women’s Circle is a monthly gathering in synchronicity with the full moon to create a shared experience of movement, healing practices, and nourishment. The intention of this small and intimate circle is to uplift and inspire women to show up as their authentic selves; to feel balanced, empowered, and connected.
This month, the Nourishing Storm Women’s Circle will be led by Bernadette Price who will be offering rituals around our monthly theme “Going within.” Together we will explore gentle movement, self-love practices, and more. Indulge in an evening of connection and magic with your fellow sisters under the Wolf Moon!
