You want to meditate regularly but don't know where to start? Maybe meditation is part of your daily routine but you're looking for inspiration or a different technique?
 
This free community class is great if you want to experience different ways to meditate.
 
In this 90min class you can expect:
 
- a guided practice of 4 different meditation techniques (movement, mantra, breath awareness and loving-kindness meditation)
- an introduction to the benefits of a regular meditation practice
- a safe, non-judgemental space where you can be as you are.
 
Take home valuable ideas to help you to (re)start a meditation practice in your daily life. Leave feeling relaxed, focused and nourished.

You are invited to stay after class to connect over a tea, ask all the questions you have and meet fellow students.
