different ways to meditate.
In this 90min class you can expect:
- a guided practice of 4
different meditation techniques (movement, mantra,
breath awareness and loving-kindness meditation)
- an introduction to the benefits of a regular
meditation practice
- a safe, non-judgemental space
where you can be as you
are.

to help you to (re)start a meditation practice in your daily life.
