Our Parent & Me program will have all of our swimmers in the water with one of their parents (or any adult) and one NeverStopMoving365 Swim Instructor in the water guiding them through the lesson. Lessons are designed to be 30 minutes breaking it down to 25 minutes of active instruction covering water safety and swim skills as well as learning through instructional swimming songs. What this would look like would be the instructor leading and coaching group activity, offering instructional coaching to parents to properly position and guide your child through water safety and swim skill movements. The last 5 minutes would be for the instructor to offer individual and specific feedback to each swimmer and give the parents the opportunity to ask any questions they may have about their swimmers or experiences in the water.

Swimmers should not wear any floatation devices such as life vests, swimmies or puddle jumpers to the lesson. The instructor will guide you in being able to hold and support your swimmer in the water.
