This 3 day immersive healing retreat is exclusive for small groups of maximum 6 people.The retreat is designed to offer an in depth opportunity for healing of the body, balancing the energy system and the mind. Join us for an exciting three-day program where you will engage in a variety of activities, including yoga, meditation, singing bowls, crafts, vision boards and a lot of other mindful practices.
All necessary yoga mats, bolsters, and materials for the projects will be provided.
