Cacao is pure chocolate, a medicine that physically and energetically opens your heart. Ryan will then guide you through a gentle embodied meditation, inviting you to connect deeper to your heart space.   Once you've dropped in, Liberty will support this connection with a gentle sound bath, enveloping participants in the harmonious resonance of crystal bowls, delicate chimes, and other unique instruments.   Together, these practices create a sacred space for emotional connection and mindfulness, suitable for all experience levels. Let go of stress, connect to your heart-space, and bask in healing vibrations.   Liberty is a multifaceted healer and guide, certified in sound healing, yoga instruction, Reiki, and somatic facilitation. Based in Michigan, she shares her gifts through hosting transformative sound baths across the state.   Ryan’s trainings and services include: Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (past-life regression), SOMA Breathwork, vocal toning, energy healing, and cacao meditations. Ryan is also a lead practitioner at the Vitalist Institute of Psychospiritual Transformation in Grand Rapids, MI.
