6:00–8:00 PM
Grab a loved one, a bestie, a sister, or that neighbor you keep
meaning to hang out with—and come play, stretch, laugh, and melt
with us.
This two-hour experience is part intro to Acro Yoga, part Thai
Massage, and fully about connection, nurturing, and joy. No
experience needed—just a willingness to try something new and have
fun.
We’ll begin with gentle partner yoga and playful acro-inspired
movements to build trust, balance, and lots of giggles. Think:
supportive shapes, grounding touch, and discovering how good it
feels to move together.
Then we’ll slow it way down with Thai Massage, sometimes called
“lazy yoga,” where you’ll give and receive deeply nurturing
stretches, rocking, and pressure—fully clothed, fully supported,
and completely relaxed.
Expect:
• Easy, beginner-friendly partner yoga & acro play
• Thai Massage techniques you can use again at home
• Connection, laughter, and nervous-system soothing
• A safe, welcoming space for all bodies
Bring:
• A partner
• Comfortable clothing
• Curiosity and a sense of play
Come reconnect through touch, movement, and shared joy.
Leave feeling open, relaxed, and a little more in love with being
human and end with Enjoying chocolate covered strawberries, $49 per
couple
Tantra yoga is a practice of relaxation and deep
presence through linking movement and breath in a more open and
free practice than vinyasa or power yoga styles. We will warm up
with dancing and sun salutations before embarking on a journey of
pranayama(breathwork), asana(postures), and mantra(chanting)
through each chakra moving energy from the root to the crown to
intentionally find a higher state of consciousness and connection.
To me, yoga is more than just postures and a workout but is a way
to relax my body to find mediation and a depth of life as well as a
blueprint for a more intentional way of living to find the divine
in each moment. Yoga is a science or technology to join the
physical, emotional, and subtle energy bodies. By moving energy up
the spine and opening and balancing each energy center, or chakra,
we clear what no longer serves us and move into a higher expression
of self. We will move and meditate to cultivate more joy and see
the interconnectedness of all life as the energy moves through the
body. The practice will end with a short yoga nidra guided
relaxation meditation and brief sharing circle. Although not
necessarily for beginners, the practice can be modified to suit all
levels and bodies.
Please bring a mat and a willingness to get weird!
