Join us for this two-hour experiential workshop. Whether you are a regular yoga practitioner or just curious about this framework for experiencing energy and sensations in the body, this workshop is for you! We’ll use breath, gentle movement, and mudras to direct attention to each of the 7 Chakras, learning practices to use at home for body-mind wellness and integration.
Join us in Wonderland's Barrel Room from 11:00am-12:00pm for an all-levels yoga class and stay to hang out at beautiful Wonderland Distilling. In addition to being guided through an hour of breath and movement on your mat, you will also receive a ticket to use towards one drink of choice (mocktail or cocktail) with a hand-crafted spirit.

I found my yoga practice in 2018 while working as a mental health professional. My passion for mental health, intentional self-care, trauma informed care and a love physical movement brought me to yoga teacher training with Kristine Mast in 2022.
This journey opened up an untapped layer in my heart that began an adventure exploring the 8 limbs of yoga and a passion for the stories behind the poses. Traditional Vinyasa teaching combined with breath work offered an opportunity to assist others to travel deeper into their own personal practice while making connections to the fundamentals.
My own struggle with sleep and anxiety created a desire to understand how to support a decrease in symptoms through natural practices through yoga nidra and acupuncture. The success of this experience resulted in me becoming an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist with the 5 point auricular acupuncture and a certified yoga nidra guide.
I have taught children as young as 3 years old movement and breath work, and groups of young adults to encourage self-care and mental health awareness. I’ve partnered my yoga knowledge with foundational social-emotional learning in the school systems. I offer both Yin and Vinyasa classes in the community, as well as, monthly workshops to support rest, relaxation, and an increase in sleep hygiene.
Join us for a relaxing evening of Auricular Acupuncture and Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra or Yoga Sleep is an opportunity to be guided through progressive muscle relaxation while turning your awareness inward through breath work and imagery. Yoga Nidra is approximately 45 minutes of relaxation where the expectation is to relax into your space and become as comfortable as possible. A yoga mat, pillows and blankets are strongly encouraged.
Auricular Acupuncture involves the gentle placement of up to 5 needles in each ear. The natural benefits can include stress relief, increased calmness, better sleep, and less agitation.
