Many of us live hovering over an overly-elevated level of adrenaline and stress that doesn’t allow us to truly slow down. In this workshop, we will break down the mechanics of breathing and “down-regulation” by revealing and re-patterning known and unknown chronic stress in our respiration muscles - many of which you may find surprising. Melt away muscular tension, relieve anxiety and enter a deep state of relaxation and bliss. As icing on the cake, we end this class with a delicious guided savasana.
We specifically use self-massage balls from the exclusive Yoga Tune Up® family of tools, including the unique air-filled grippy Coregeous ball which gently, safely and effectively allows us to access our inner most deep core and back muscles.
