Self-Insight Develop Reliable Stability & CalmThis 8 week course is a comprehensive journey of self at every level, and provides a rare understanding of oneself that commences at the level of the body and goes progressively deeper. With practical application you will learn to navigate both the internal environment where you experience yourself and process life, and the external environment where 'life happens' to unravel discord at these levels and live with grace. MODULE 1: Somatic Intelligence for EMBODIED stabilitySay goodbye to embodied angst, a stressed breath, sweaty hands, and racing heart. Through experiments, observation, somatic exploration and biosensory feedback, you'll learn to detect your own energetic response in any given moment, to understand yourself and body more completely, and then learn methods to rectify any energetic dysfunctions. Lessons week 1-4 include1. Breath Fundamentals 2. Relaxed Being 3. Energetic Dysfunction 4. Letting Go MODULE 2: Embodied Meditation for INNER stabilityFarewell intrusive thoughts, ruminating, and turbulent emotions. Over 8 weeks, you'll learn and practice a formal meditation sequence for navigating the internal environment and unveil your original nature - a realm beyond mind chatter, cluttered thoughts and turbulent emotions.. MODULE 3: Self-Enquiry for stability in ACTIONSay goodbye to life drama, and meet life’s challenges with relaxed, graceful presence. Open to self-realisation and begin to untangle personal suffering, and live from a new place of awareness in your wakeful day-to-day experience.
