Join us for an afternoon of vinyasa yoga choreographed to music. Three parts will include warmup and beginner sequences, Intermediate Flow, and Advanced Flow taught by New England-based teachers; modifications available. Participation or observation welcomed.

Inside Flow is a vinyasa style that bring beautiful sequences and fluid transitions together, embodying the power of music and connection.
