This class is for expectant families or families with infants under 12 weeks of age. Learn ways to teach infants healthy sleep skills and achieve restful nights with a baby. This is not sleep training, but instead a way to help your infant learn to sleep through the night, establish naps, learn healthy sleep skills, and be well rested. Materials are provided including ways to guide infants to help soothe, sample schedules, and a plan for everyone to get restful sleep.

This is a 2-hour in-person class. We recommend taking this class during your third trimester. Class price also includes unlimited access to Modern Milk's Online Breastfeeding Course, the perfect refresher for when baby arrives. Online access will be emailed after class.

The Breastfeeding Class is the perfect introduction to breastfeeding and is recommended for all moms planning to breastfeed! In this class you will learn the basics of breastfeeding so you can feel prepared and confident to feed your baby!

Happy Mom School: The Expert's Guide to Life as Mom was designed with the newborn mom in mind. You will join when your baby is 0-12 weeks old.

The Happy Mom School was created to empower and support new moms through this amazing experience we call Motherhood! Not only will you learn current, expert information, but you will also bond with your baby and make new friends along the way. We want to help you ROCK this new mom gig!

Join us as we make new friends, laugh, cry and learn how to be the best moms we can be – and have FUN while doing it!

Meets once a week for 8 weeks.

• Curated mom groups based on baby’s birthday
• Bring baby and meet with your mom group weekly
• Weekly expert speakers on various mom and baby topics like infant sleep, tummy time and maternal wellness

*We also offer “Happy Mom School : The Expert's Guide to Life as a 2nd/3rd Time Mom” - This group is structured exactly the same as our original Happy Mom School, but with the repeat mom in mind. Not only will you connect with other mamas who are juggling multiple kiddos, but our group leader and experts will also incorporate information geared towards the repeat mama!
