Yoga Strong Workshop

This workshop will focus on strength and mobility specifically for handstand and pistol squat.

We will start with a warm up flow working on joint mobility. Then move into a workout which will alternate between upper and lower body using a variety of props including weights and the wall.

This is a mix of play, work, curiosity and discovery. Let’s see what we can accomplish when we work towards something with intention.
