practice is a gateway into wholeness; the remembrance and awakening
to the truth of who you are.
Breath is the
catalyst for excellence, as every system within our body is
dependent on it. Whether it's our cognitive system, nervous system,
endocrine system, digestive system, repairative system, lymphatic
system, the list goes on, every system within the body is dependent
on our breath. As our breath controls our body and physiology it
directly impacts the governance of our minds. This journey is
designed to enhance our focus, increase our creativity, regulate
our response to stress, and promote physical
well-being.

-Please wear
athletic, comfortable, clothes that you can move freely and breathe
deeply in
-If you prefer
your own eye mask please bring it (but not required, as they will
be provided)
-Please bring
1-2 cozy blankets as temperature fluctuates throughout the
journey
-If you have low
back sensitivity and have a preferred pillow or bolster for under
your knees
-This practice
is best explored on a moderately full to empty stomach. Try to stay
away from having a heavy meal right before the
journey.
