This is our Restorative Yoga Class as a part of our Two Year Aniversary Party! Props are used to help support and extend rest in several postures.

As part of our celebration, there will be some photography & videography going on. You will need to sign a video release waiver to attend this class. There are other classes that do not require such a waiver.
