This is a 45 min class of our Embodied Yoga Somatics Class as a part of our Two Year Aniversary Party! Embodied Yoga Somatics offers new and novel subtle mobility patterns are blended with restorative and grounding classic postures.

As part of our celebration, there will be some photography & videography going on. You will need to sign a video release waiver to attend this class. There are other classes that do not require such a waiver.
