This is a Yin Restore (60 min) is a part of our Two Year Aniversary Party! Yin is a practice of holding stretching postures for a period of time to open deep fascia beyond just muscle. Additional restorative positions with props will be enjoyed.

As part of our celebration, there will be some photography & videography going on. You will need to sign a video release waiver to attend this class. There are other classes that do not require such a waiver.
