This is a Yoga Nidra Class (45 Min) is a part of our Two Year Aniversary Party! Yoga Nidra is a practice of Yogic Sleep, with guidance here, you get to a state of deep rest, yet you are still awake and aware. Usually a restorative practice.

As part of our celebration, there will be some photography & videography going on. You will need to sign a video release waiver to attend this class. There are other classes that do not require such a waiver.
