This is a Guided Meditation part of our Two Year Aniversary Party! It will be 30 min session offered before or after another Flow class, so you may enjoy both! Be sure to sign up, or drop in as space allows.

As part of our celebration, there will be some photography & videography going on. You will need to sign a video release waiver to attend this class. There are other classes that do not require such a waiver.
