This will not be a full yoga practice. We will spend the time breaking down basic pranayama or breathwork practices. We will explore some traditional practices.

As part of our celebration, there will be some photography & videography going on. You will need to sign a video release waiver to attend this class. There are other classes that do not require such a waiver.
