This will not be a full yoga practice. We will spend the time breaking down some basic yoga asana. We will pick a posture to break down with Anatomy and Alignment.

As part of our celebration, there will be some photography & videography going on. You will need to sign a video release waiver to attend this class. There are other classes that do not require such a waiver.
