If you can’t make it to the Spry Class, feel free to join us at 11:30 with your lunch. The workshop is open to everyone, including those who prefer Chair Yoga options.

This workshop is a fundraiser with all contributions going to support the Animal Forest at Charles Towne Landing, helping protect and care for local wildlife. We suggest a $15 donation.
