This session is designed to connect you with your inner child so that you may experience the breathwork session together. This unique breathwork event will help you heal multiple aspects of yourself across time and space and unite with the childlike essence that exists within.

Please bring:

• Journal and pen
• Yoga Mat
• Sacred drinking vessel for hot liquids (mug of your choice)
• Water to stay hydrated
• An extra blanket and pillow if you want to get cozy

Somatic Breathwork:

Somatic Breathwork is an embodiment experience. It takes you out of your thinking mind and into your body’s electrical network; your nervous system. It lets you release unneeded energy within this network caused by repeating thoughts, feelings, and old narratives by discharging it out through your body.

Adam's Bio -

Adam is a Mindset Coach, Somatic Breathwork facilitator and practitioner, as well as a Reiki teacher. Adam believes that we must combine our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health in order to live our best and most authentic lives. With the knowledge and experience he has accumulated on his journey, Adam aims to help aid people in finding their own path to healing and release what is no longer serving them so they can begin to manifest the life they have always dreamed of. Rachel is an author, poet, KAKAO custodian, and seeker of all things magical. She uses the written word, phases of the moon and the heart opening power of cacao to deepen the relationship with herself and the world around her. This special sound bath is especially for mothers who care for others and need a moment to themselves.

We'll start with introductions and intentions. The sound bath will begin with a meditation for mothers that will include affirmations.
